On May 3rd, the Waterford Oaks BMX Track held a Bicycle Rodeo for one of the local Cub Scout Troops. The event was held on opening day at the track, immediately following the days race. One of the local riders, Sean Lucas and his mother Debbie,  helped host the event.  Nearly twenty scouts participated, the track provided rental bikes and helmets for those in need, and volunteers instructed the scouts on how to navigate the track. Several riders decided that BMX was the sport fore them and became licensed NBL riders.
