Michigan NBL Q#3 & Q#4

GTC BMX is the place to be July 18th and 19th for the third and forth stop in the Michigan NBL BMX State Series. The Track has rebuilt parts of the track and the racing should be Great!!!!!!!!!!!   For on-site camping go to www.northwesternmichiganfair.net/campgrounds.html

Great Lakes National

The 2009 NBL Great Lakes National is coming to the Waterford Oaks BMX track, July 3rd thru 5th. This is a great event for local riders to compete against some of the top racers in the country. Riders participating in the race are given Free access to the Waterpark on Saturday afternoon. Camping is available, Many of the large BMX vendors will be there to supply you with your BMX parts needs.  There will be a Future Stars Clinic hosted by the NBL on Friday with Justin Travis and Local Super-EX Jared Becker. As part of the National the UGP Open will be offering $10 opens to all riders, with a free Tee shirt for those who sign up for both Days. The Waterford Parent Group is still looking for volunteers to assist with the race and offers premium track setup locations to those volunteers ................................... MI-NBL Qualifiers

 The 2009 first round of Qualifiers are in the book!!! Richfield Park Volunteers and the Michigan NBL Board did a great job of getting the Qualifiers running despite a torrential rain on Saturday night. With 300 riders participating on Saturday the season kick off was a great success. Special thanks go out to Dennis Ybbarra for all his effort to make the event special for all!!!
